Zenpo Full Calendar

Zenpo Full Calendar is a full-size intranet calendar. It combines up to 5 SharePoint calendars or lists from the same site as the page, each with its own color, and shows them in Month, Week, and Agenda views.

It reads SharePoint lists only. It does not use Microsoft Graph. It does not read Exchange. It does not read a calendar or list on another site.

What it does

Add the web part to a SharePoint Online modern page, then point it at one to five same-site lists. Classic Calendar lists can supply all-day events, recurring events, and automatic start/end pairing. Ordinary lists with date columns can supply timed events when you map the fields. See Calendar Sources: Classic Calendar Lists vs Ordinary Lists.

The layout responds to the width of the space the web part sits in, not the browser window. On a communication site you can place it in a full-width section. For a compact sidebar widget, use Zenpo Mini Calendar (Intranet Suite) instead. A side-by-side comparison is on Zenpo Full Calendar vs Mini Calendar.

Find it in the web part picker under News, people and events, or type Zenpo. See Find the Zenpo Web Parts in the Toolbox.

Key capabilities

  • Up to five same-site sources, each with its own Events Color
  • Month, Week, and Agenda views, plus Today and Expand
  • Classic SharePoint recurrence expansion from classic Calendar lists
  • Per-source filtering from the CALENDARS legend, filter chips, or a bottom sheet
  • An Event Details flyout with Event, Date, Location, Description, and View event details
  • Full-width section support on communication sites
  • Color vibe, Accent color, and Corner radius in Appearance

Readers can switch views, move between periods, jump to Today, filter which calendars are shown, and open an event. Filtering never refetches data. Recurrence labels in the flyout read Repeats daily, Repeats weekly, Repeats monthly, or Repeats yearly. All-day events show (All day).

Timed events render in each viewer's local time zone. All-day dates never shift. See How Calendar Time Zones and All-Day Events Work.

Supported classic recurrence patterns and their stated limits are on Recurring Events in Zenpo Calendars.

Limits

  • All sources must be lists in the same site as the page. There is no cross-site source option.
  • Ordinary lists have no all-day concept and no recurrence to expand.
  • There is no total item cap. Both calendars read the list in pages. A selected View still applies its own filter and item limit before Zenpo sees the rows.
  • Readers need read access to each source list. A reader who cannot open a source sees no events from it.
  • Below 640 pixels of web part width, Week view is removed from the switcher and Expand is unavailable. See Full Calendar Views and Display Rules.

If a source fails to load, the web part shows We couldn't load these events and One or more calendar sources could not be read. Check that the lists still exist and that you have permission to view them, then refresh the page. Sources that did load still render.
