Zenpo Clocks
Zenpo Clocks shows the local time for one location on a SharePoint Online modern page. Each instance is one analog face, a digital readout, the date, and a caption. The clock uses the time zone you configure, not the viewer's.

What it does
Drop the web part on a page and pick a Time zone. The clock shows:
- An analog face in one of five styles
- A digital readout (hours and minutes plus AM/PM)
- The date in a weekday-and-date format, for example Sunday, 08/09/2026
- A Location name caption above the face
One clock per web part instance. Add several instances to show several offices. Daylight saving is handled automatically and continuously, including while the page stays open.
The clock reads the configured zone. A London reader looking at a New York clock sees New York time.
Add a clock to a page
- Confirm the Intranet Suite is deployed. See Install and Deploy the Intranet Suite.
- Edit a SharePoint Online modern page.
- Open the web part picker and type Zenpo. The part is shelved under Regional information.
- Add Zenpo Clocks.
- Open the property pane and set Time zone, then type the office name in Location name.
If the part is not configured, editors see Configure Zenpo Clocks and Choose a time zone to start the clock. Readers have no interactions. The clock is passive display.
Location and clock settings
There is one settings group, Location and clock settings.

| Clock face | Classic Style 1 (default), Classic Style 2, Modern Minimalist - Dark, Modern Minimalist - Vivid, or Modern Minimalist - Light. All faces keep the same size. |
| Time zone | More than 100 Windows time zone labels. Default: (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). |
Set the zone first, then the caption. Choosing a Time zone rewrites Location name from the zone label, even over a name you already typed.
Time zones and daylight saving
The catalog is the Windows time zone list. You do not change anything when clocks go forward or back. Daylight saving is handled for you.
The deprecated zone (UTC-02:00) Mid-Atlantic - Old remains in the dropdown. Selecting it renders Coordinated Universal Time with this on-canvas warning:
The saved time zone is no longer available, so the clock is showing Coordinated Universal Time. Pick a zone in the property pane to correct it.
No Appearance group
Zenpo Clocks has no Color vibe, Accent color, or Corner radius settings. The clock follows the site theme automatically. See Appearance Settings: Color Vibe, Accent Color, and Corner Radius.
Two Zenpo Clocks entries
Zenpo Clocks also ships as a standalone Zenpo product. A tenant with both the suite and the standalone product installed sees two Zenpo Clocks entries in the web part picker. That is expected, not a fault.
Accessibility
The analog face is decorative. Screen readers get the time as one sentence. The clock never interrupts with live announcements.
Data and permissions
None. There is no list and no Microsoft Graph. The only network traffic is the license registration check. The registration overlay footnote is: "Nothing is stored and nothing is charged — the clock reads your page's time zone setting only."
Licensing
Zenpo Clocks is Free Forever. Your organization accepts the Intranet Suite terms once. Seat limits, trial expiry, the grace period, and the Pilot Plan do not apply. There are no license banners on this canvas.
The part is blocked only when the organization has never registered, or when the license API is unreachable with nothing cached. See Free Forever Products.
