Free Forever Products

Free Forever means your organization accepts the Intranet Suite terms once. After that, the six Free Forever products render permanently. There is no seat limit, no trial expiry, no grace period, and no license banners on those canvases.

The six products

When a Free Forever part is blocked

A Free Forever part is blocked in exactly two states:

  1. Never registered. The organization has not accepted the terms yet. Editors see a one-time setup overlay with Get started. Readers see no button.
  2. Unable to reach licensing server with nothing cached. This is first-time use on a network that cannot reach the licensing service.

Once the domain is registered under any status, including Trial expired or Subscription expired, a Free Forever part renders permanently.

What never applies

These paid-license ideas never apply to Free Forever products, at any value:

  • Seat or user limits
  • Trial expiry
  • Lapsed trials
  • The grace period
  • The Pilot Plan
  • License banners (trial ending, grace, Pilot)

Do not look for Buy, Renew, or Upgrade on a Free Forever canvas. Those actions belong to paid parts.

How you accept the terms

Free Forever parts use the accept-terms control described in Register the Suite and Start Your Trial. For Page Templates, the setup wizard is the terms-acceptance surface.

Accepting the terms in any Zenpo web part turns every Free Forever part on.
