Zenpo Intranet Footer
Zenpo Intranet Footer is an authored footer band for SharePoint Online modern pages. It closes a page with link columns, a back-to-home link, an optional intranet tagline, and an optional copyright line. It works on communication sites and team sites.
SharePoint's native footer is limited on communication sites and does not exist on team sites. This web part fills that team-site gap. Everything is authored in the web part on the page. No list is created, and nothing is stored elsewhere.
What it does
The band has two rows:
- Up to four link columns, each with a heading and up to six links. The grid is responsive (four columns, then two, then one).
- A bottom row with a back-to-home link (home icon plus label), an optional tagline
Part of the {organization} intranet, and an optional copyright line.
The band is canvas-width. It follows the page's normal content area. It does not run edge to edge across the browser.
When to use it
Use the Zenpo band when you want link columns, a tagline, and a copyright line on communication or team site pages. Use SharePoint's own footer (Change the look → Footer) when you want a plain row of links that appears on every page of a communication site.
If you enable both, you get two footers. Zenpo does not detect or warn when both are on. See Intranet Footer FAQ and Troubleshooting.

Limits
- The band is canvas-width, not edge-to-edge.
- Content lives on that page. Add the web part to each page that should carry the footer.
- A column with no heading or no finished links does not show. A link missing text or address is skipped.
- With nothing configured, readers see nothing at all.
Licensing
Zenpo Intranet Footer is Free Forever. Your organization accepts the Intranet Suite terms once. Seat limits, trial expiry, the grace period, and the Pilot Plan do not apply. There are no license banners on this canvas.
The part is blocked only when the organization has never registered, or when the license API is unreachable with nothing cached. See Free Forever Products.
