Zenpo Resources Library
Zenpo Resources Library is a curated resources hub over a SharePoint list or document library you already have in the current site. It maps roles to existing columns. You do not move documents. No migration is required.
Find it in the web part picker under Documents, lists, and libraries, or type Zenpo. It runs on SharePoint Online modern pages only. Use it when you want a document hub on a modern page instead of the out-of-the-box Documents web part.
What it does
Readers browse resources in Cards, Grouped, or List view. They search, filter by tag chips, open a details panel, and open the resource. Items modified in the last 30 days show a NEW badge. Document libraries render file previews automatically.
Grouped view puts items into numbered collapsible sections from a Category column. That is a tree-view-like way to browse a large library. It is not a folder tree and not a treeview control. There is no recursive hierarchy.

Key capabilities
- Existing content stays in place. Bind a list or library on this site. Only Title is required.
- Three views. Cards, Grouped, and List. Readers switch freely. The author only sets which one loads first.
- Real document thumbnails on a library. Map Image only to override them.
- Search and tag chips. The search box can be hidden. Tag chips come from the optional Tags mapping.
- NEW badges on items modified within 30 days.
- Details panel with Title, Description, Category, Keywords, Date, and Copy link.
Limits
- A source larger than 2,000 items is refused, not truncated: This source contains more than 2000 items. Use a filtered view so readers get a set they can actually browse.
- A notice appears when the source is above 500 items.
- Grouped stays unavailable until Category is mapped. The option reads Grouped — needs a Category mapping.
- Links use only safe schemes: http, https, mailto, and tel. Links opened in a new tab use
rel="noopener noreferrer". - The selected View carries the base order, the filter, and the item limit. SharePoint permissions always apply.
This product does not create a starter list.
