Manage Your Subscription and Billing
Subscription actions open from the web part License group. Purchases, renewals, plan updates, billing, and cancellations use Stripe hosted pages opened from the web part.
Actions in the property pane
Paid parts can show these actions, depending on the current state:
- Activate Trial
- Extend Trial
- Buy Subscription
- Update Subscription
- Manage Billing
- Cancel Subscription
- Renew Subscription
- Change Subscription Owner
- Support or Contact Owner
Free Forever parts do not show Buy, Manage Billing, Cancel, or Renew.
Every part's pane ends with Update License (busy label Updating License...), a documentation link, and the version.
License data is cached in the browser for 24 hours per user per domain. SharePoint content caching is separate and follows each part's Cache duration setting.
Confirmation dialogs
These dialogs block, then redirect to Stripe:
- Buy Subscription: "Your trial has ended. You'll be redirected to the checkout page to purchase a subscription and restore full access for your organization." Buttons: Buy Now / Cancel.
- Update Subscription: "Let's make it even better! You'll be redirected to the subscription page, where you can update your plan to match your evolving needs." Buttons: Proceed to Update / Cancel.
- Renew Subscription: "Stay Connected! You'll be redirected to the checkout page to renew your subscription and continue enjoying all features without interruption." Buttons: Renew Now / Cancel.
- Manage Billing: "Time to take control! You'll be redirected to the billing page where you can easily update and manage your payment details." Button: Proceed to Manage Billing.
- Cancel Subscription: "We're truly sorry to see you go! You'll be redirected to the cancellation page to complete the process." Button: Cancel Subscription.
Who can contact Zenpo
Only the subscription owner (the person who accepted the terms) may contact Zenpo support directly from the product. Everyone else is routed to that owner. Documentation links stay public to all users.
| Viewer | Button label | Mail target |
|---|---|---|
| Is the owner | Support | Zenpo support |
| Registered, someone else owns | Contact Owner | the owner |
| Not yet registered / no owner on record | Support | Zenpo support |
The owner's email never appears on the canvas. It is used only in the mailto and the property pane.
Change the subscription owner
Change Subscription Owner is owner-only. It opens a prefilled ownership-change request to Zenpo. Nothing changes in the web part until Zenpo applies it.
Non-owner panes carry the link Owner no longer with the organization?, which opens the same request.
The Unable to reach licensing server contact link always goes to Zenpo, never to the owner.
