No. The solution requests no web API permissions, so there are no Microsoft Graph scopes and nothing for an administrator to approve. No web part in the suite uses Microsoft Graph. All data access is SharePoint, as the signed-in user.

Does Zenpo change or bypass my SharePoint permissions?​

No. Every product reads as the person viewing the page and cannot show anyone content SharePoint would not show them directly. Nothing is elevated. If a reader loses access to a bound list, they see an access message rather than the content. Typical wording: You no longer have access to this list.

Where is my content stored? Does Zenpo copy it anywhere?​

Your content stays in your own SharePoint lists, libraries, and pages. Zenpo does not copy it out. List-driven products read your list as the signed-in user. Authored products such as Banner, Simple Blurbs, Intranet Footer, and Page Heading store their content on the page itself. No telemetry or usage analytics are collected.

The licensing service is the suite's only non-Microsoft external application-service dependency, and no SharePoint content is sent to it. What Zenpo sends is limited to the information needed to register, license, and validate the product, such as the site or domain, the product identifier, who is registering, and the site-collection user count. As with any web request, standard network metadata such as the source IP address may also reach the service infrastructure.

Do I have to migrate or restructure my SharePoint lists first?​

No. Products map roles (Title, Image, Link, Manager, Value, and so on) to whichever columns your list already has. There are no required column names and no mandated schema. Several products can also create a small sample list if you would rather start from an example. See Create Starter Lists with Sample Data.

How do I find the Zenpo web parts in the SharePoint web part picker?​

Type Zenpo into the picker's search box. Every part in the suite carries the Zenpo prefix, so search finds all 18 regardless of category. There is no Zenpo section in the picker, and there cannot be one. Microsoft fixes the list of categories. See Find the Zenpo Web Parts in the Toolbox.

Is the suite one package or 18 separate installs?​

One package. A tenant administrator uploads it to the SharePoint App Catalog once and can make it available to all sites in the organization, without activating it separately on every site. All 18 products come from that single package. Moving from the free tier to a paid plan is a license key rather than a redeployment.

How is Zenpo licensed: per user, per site, or per domain?​

By domain, with per-site-collection user capacity classes. One subscription covers one SharePoint domain and unlimited site collections. The plan class must cover the largest site collection where Zenpo products run. See Licensing and Registration Overview.

What is the difference between Free Forever and the Pilot Plan?​

Free Forever is a product tier. Six of the 18 products stay available once your organization accepts the Intranet Suite terms. There is no seat limit, no trial to expire, no grace period, and no license banners. See Free Forever Products.

The Pilot Plan is a no-cost fallback for very small site collections. It applies to the paid products. It activates as a last resort when a license has expired and the site is small enough, keeps full functionality, and shows a Pilot Plan badge above the content.

Where do Zenpo web parts run?​

On SharePoint Online modern pages only. SharePoint Server (on-premises) and classic web part pages are not supported. The products are not Microsoft Teams tabs. All 18 are SharePoint web parts for SharePoint pages. See Requirements and Supported Environments.
