Zenpo Mosaic — Masonry Gallery & Cards

Zenpo Mosaic — Masonry Gallery & Cards shows mixed documents, images, and links from any SharePoint list or library in one filterable masonry grid. It offers three card styles (Image tiles, Content cards, Avatar), server-side search, filter tabs, sort, an optional browse-by-date Archives button, infinite scroll or pagination, and a details dialog with More like this recommendations.

What it does​

Bind a list or library on the current site, choose a View (the view's columns feed the content bindings), pick a card style, and map the slots for that style. Readers can search, filter, sort, and open a details dialog or a link.

Find it in the web part picker under Text, media, and content, or type Zenpo. See Find the Zenpo Web Parts in the Toolbox.

For a rotating slider, use Zenpo Image and Content Carousel. For a structured document hub, use Zenpo Resources Library. For a fixed uniform card grid, use Zenpo Dynamic Blurbs.

Key capabilities​

  • Mixed documents, images, and links from a SharePoint list or document library
  • Three card styles: Image tiles, Content cards (default), and Avatar. Picture or asset libraries seed Image tiles.
  • Author Filter by (choice or text column): a Choice column or a single-line text column. Text columns build their filter tabs from the column's distinct values.
  • Reader search (Search gallery), filter tabs All / Images / Documents / Links, and Sort (View order, Last modified, Name (A–Z), and File size on libraries only)
  • Click behavior: Show details (dialog) (default), Open link — new tab, Open link — same tab, or No action
  • Per-card More actions: Show details, Open, Download, Copy link (toast: Link copied to clipboard)
  • Details dialog with Properties, Details, More like this, Modified, Modified by, and Location. More like this shows up to four items that share the card's Filter by value or meaningful words in its name. When nothing qualifies, the section is not shown.
  • Archives (browse by date): an optional toolbar button, next to View order, that filters the grid by year or month from any date column you choose (default Modified)
  • Images uploaded directly into a list's Image column render on cards, as do images referenced from a library
  • Loading mode: Infinite scroll or Paginated (default)
  • Appearance: Color vibe, Accent color (six), and Tile size (Comfortable or Compact default)

The Open link options go straight to the item's target: the bound Link column when set, otherwise the file or list item itself. They never produce a dead click.

Limits​

  • Masonry columns clamp to 2–6.
  • The item count display caps at 5000+.
  • A list item is never a file. File classification (icons and Download) applies to document libraries only.
  • .url shortcut targets are not resolved. Open opens the shortcut file itself.
  • There is no Share action. SharePoint does not provide a supported way for a web part to open its share dialog. Use Copy link instead.
  • Image orientation tabs (Tall / Wide / Square) are not available.
  • More like this reads the item's name and Filter by value only. It does not read inside documents.
  • Archives on a source with more than 5,000 items requires the chosen date column to be indexed in List settings. Past 5,000 items the panel lists every period between the oldest and newest item instead of only periods that contain items.

Empty state: Nothing matches your filters / Clear the search, switch the filter, or bind a different source in the property pane.
