Mini Calendar (Intranet Suite) FAQ and Troubleshooting
Short answers for Zenpo Mini Calendar (Intranet Suite). For a symptom table, use Calendar Troubleshooting. To choose between the two calendar products, see Zenpo Full Calendar vs Mini Calendar.
How is this different from Zenpo Full Calendar?
Zenpo Mini Calendar (Intranet Suite) is a compact month grid with an upcoming-events list beneath it, for a sidebar or a narrow column. Zenpo Full Calendar is a full-size calendar with Month, Week, and Agenda views, source filtering, and a full-width option. The comparison table is on Zenpo Full Calendar vs Mini Calendar.
Can it show event durations from an ordinary SharePoint list?
Not on its own. Zenpo Mini Calendar (Intranet Suite) has no end-date setting. It uses the start/end pairing a classic Calendar list provides (or a list whose columns are literally named Start and End). On any other list every event is a single point in time and the event panel shows the same time twice. Use Zenpo Full Calendar when you need durations or multi-day spans from an ordinary list. See Calendar Sources: Classic Calendar Lists vs Ordinary Lists.
How many calendars can it show at once?
Up to 5 SharePoint calendar or list sources, each with its own color from a 12-swatch picker. All sources must be lists in the same site as the page.
Why do all the marked days use the same colour dot?
The dot under a date is a single indicator for the whole web part, set by the Event Date Indicator Color setting, regardless of how many events or sources fall on that day. The shipped label has two spaces between Indicator and Color. The per-source colors appear in the event list beneath the grid, not on the grid itself.
Why do I see two "Zenpo Mini Calendar" entries in the web part picker?
Zenpo Mini Calendar also ships as a standalone Zenpo product. A tenant with both installed sees the part twice. The suite edition is labelled (Intranet Suite). That is expected.
Can I change the calendar's colours?
Yes, several of them: Current Date Highlight Color, Selected Date Highlight Color, Event Date Indicator Color, each source's own color, and a Light or Inherit from Theme event-list theme (the theme control is labelled Select a Event List Theme). What this product does not have is an Appearance group (Color vibe / Accent color). See Appearance Settings: Color Vibe, Accent Color, and Corner Radius.
