Calendar Troubleshooting
Use this table to match a calendar symptom to the cause. Both Zenpo Full Calendar and Zenpo Mini Calendar (Intranet Suite) share most of these answers.

| Why don't my events have a length? | The source has no end date mapped, or Mini Calendar is being used with an ordinary list. See Calendar sources. |
| Why is Saturday's event missing? | Week view with Visible days set to Monday – Friday does not render weekend columns. Check Month or Agenda. |
| Why does an evening event vanish in Week view? | It falls outside the Time range. Widen the range, or check Month or Agenda. |
| Why can't I see events from another site's calendar? | Neither calendar reads other sites. Copy or recreate the list in this site. |
| Why doesn't my Outlook, Teams, or group calendar appear? | Only SharePoint lists are supported. |
| Some events are missing entirely. | Check the selected View. Its filter and item limit apply before Zenpo sees the rows. |
| An event shows at the wrong time. | Times render in each viewer's own time zone. Confirm what the viewer's device is set to. See Calendar time zones. |
| Nothing loads at all. | Confirm the reader has permission to the source list, and that the list and view still exist. |
Full Calendar load errors
After 8 seconds still loading: Still loading events — large calendars can take a moment.
If a source fails: We couldn't load these events / One or more calendar sources could not be read. Check that the lists still exist and that you have permission to view them, then refresh the page. Sources that did load still render.
