Set Up and Configure the Intranet Footer
Add Zenpo Intranet Footer to a SharePoint Online modern page, then author the band in the property pane. Content is stored on that page. No list is created.
Add the web part
- Edit the page.
- Type Zenpo in the web part picker. The part is shelved under Advanced.
- Add Zenpo Intranet Footer and open the property pane.
Groups in the pane: License, Content, Link columns, then Appearance (web part only).
Content settings

The tagline reads Part of the {organization} intranet.
Link columns
The pane uses a repeating editor.
- Select Add a column. The cap message is: "A footer reads best at up to four columns — that's the limit."
- Enter a Column heading (for example, Departments). Column headings are real h2 elements.
- Under Links, select Add a link. The cap message is: "Up to six links per column — split a longer list across two columns."
- Fill Link text and Link address.
- Reorder or delete columns and links with the editor controls.
Link URLs render exactly as authored. The web part trims them and does not validate beyond that.
Drafting behavior
You can draft freely without leaving debris on the page:
- A column with no heading or no finished links does not show.
- A link missing text or address is skipped.
With nothing configured, readers see nothing at all. Editors see Nothing to show yet and: "Add a link column, a back-to-home link or your organization name in the property pane. Editors see this message; visitors see nothing at all."
Appearance
The footer has an Appearance group for this web part only: Color vibe, Accent color, and Corner radius (default 4). Accent color is the color of the small home icon and of links when you hover or focus them.

Layout
The band is canvas-width. It follows the page's normal content area rather than bleeding to the browser edges. The link columns use a responsive 4→2→1 grid.
