Automatic Mapping Suggestions
When you bind a list or CSV, Org Chart may propose Relationship format and field mappings from the headers and a sample of values. Recognition only suggests mappings. You review them. After you publish, the saved Relationship format, mapped fields, separator, relationship-value classifications, and external-marker values control the chart. There is no live vendor mode.
Known API-style and export-style field names may be recognized, including supported ADP aliases such as AssociateID and ReportsToAssociateID. Unrecognized or configurable exports stay manually mappable. A file with no matching names is not broken. Map Person ID and the manager field(s) by hand.
Zenpo does not claim universal vendor-schema compatibility. It does not connect to, authenticate against, or synchronize with Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, BambooHR, or any other HR system. It does not join multiple HR exports.
What you may see

The layout names are style labels, not certified connectors:
- SAP SuccessFactors-style user export
- Workday-style custom report
- ADP Workforce Now-style flat export
- PeopleSoft-style person hierarchy export
- BambooHR-style employee export
If more than one format stays plausible, nothing is guessed for Relationship format.
What is never auto-decided
- External marker values. A field may be suggested. Which values mean external is always your choice. See Configure the External Marker.
- Classify relationship values. Discovered values such as
DIRECTandDOTTEDwait for Solid line, Dotted line, or Ignore. See Repeated-Row Files. - Photo. Map the column that holds a link if you want photos.
