If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.
Below the login form, click the Forgot Your Password link to start the password recovery process.
On the password recovery page, enter the email address associated with your account.
After entering your email, click the Send Verification Code button.
A verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. Open your email and locate the message containing the code.
Return to the password recovery page and enter the verification code in the designated field.
After entering the correct verification code, click the Continue button to proceed.
On the password reset page, enter your new password. Ensure it meets the required security criteria.
Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
Click the Continue button to update your password.
