his guide will help you understand how to activate your free trial, manage your subscription, and navigate the Mini Calendar Web Part's subscription.

Getting Started

Step 1: Load the Web Part

When you first add the Mini Calendar Web Part to your SharePoint page, you will see a prompt asking you to agree to the terms and conditions.

Step 2: Accept the Terms

Check all the required boxes. Once completed, you'll be able to activate your free trial.

Free Trial

Activate Trial

Click the "Activate Trial" button. You will receive a confirmation email that your trial has started.

Trial Access

  • Full access to all features

  • No credit card required

Trial Ending

You’ll be notified before the trial ends. When it does, you’ll see an option to extend the trial or subscribe.

Extend Trial

Click the option to extend the trial. You’ll get additional time to try the web part. Once the extension ends, a subscription is required.

Subscribing

Step 1: Buy a Subscription

Click the "Buy Subscription" button to start the process.

Step 2: Choose a Plan

You’ll be directed to a pricing page where you can pick a monthly or yearly plan.

Step 3: Checkout

Review your plan, confirm payment, and submit.

Step 5: Confirmation

You’ll see a thank you page and receive email once the payment is success.

Managing Your Subscription

Update Plan

Click "Update Subscription" to:

  • Change plan type

  • Enter Stripe to confirm changes

You'll receive confirmation emails once updates are processed.

Manage Billing

Click "Manage Billing" to go to Stripe where you can:

  • View invoices

  • Update payment methods

Expired Subscription

Renew Subscription

If your subscription is within the grace period, click the "Renew Subscription" button. You’ll be directed to Stripe to confirm your payment and resume access.

Once renewed:

  • Access is immediately restored

  • A confirmation email will be sent

Grace Period

If your subscription expires (due to missed payments or lack of renewal), you’ll be given a grace period of 7-days during which you can still renew and maintain access.

Fully Expired

If the grace period ends without renewal, your access will be removed. To regain access, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription.

Canceling

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll be taken to a confirmation page. Once canceled, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Please note:

  • Cancellations are not refundable

  • Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current period ends

Pilot Plan

The Mini Calendar Web Part includes a Pilot Plan designed for small teams. If your SharePoint site collection has 3 or fewer users, the web part will continue to function even if the subscription has expired. This setup is ideal for lightweight use cases or long-term evaluation
