What is your typical team structure?
We specialize in lean, agile teams composed of 3 to 5 members—often referred to as "pizza-sized teams." This small team format promotes agility, communication, and accountability.
Each team includes a Tech Lead who also serves as the project’s PM, responsible for sprint planning, status updates, and client coordination.
For engagements involving multiple teams, a dedicated project manager may be added to oversee coordination across teams, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with stakeholder priorities.
Our structure avoids bloated delivery teams. When scaling is needed, we form additional agile teams, each with clear ownership and autonomy, not by stacking more people into the same unit.
Do you offer team augmentation or full project delivery?
Yes, we support both models:
Team Augmentation Zenpo integrates with your IT or digital teams. Our team follows your processes and tools, while contributing engineering capacity and leadership. You can manage the project or assign that to us.
Project Outsourcing Zenpo manages the entire project with our own team, processes, and lead consultant. We work directly with your business or product stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Who manages the team?
Depending on your needs:
A Zenpo tech lead/PM manages the project directly.
Or, Zenpo’s team works within your structure—either under your PM or alongside internal team leadership.
If scaling across multiple teams, we can provide program-level oversight as well.
Can you follow our security, compliance, or documentation requirements?
Absolutely. We adapt to your organization’s requirements, whether it's DevSecOps pipelines, documentation standards, or compliance needs (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, FISMA).
